Get your Systems Connected & Automated

automation sprint

I help business owners, like you, to integrate tools in your tech stack and automate workflows, enabling you to focus on growing your business

stop going around in circles

ditch the traditional project

Often the process for automation projects is long and frustrating. You find a consultant or agency, but have to wait months before they are available. And then there is all the back and forth of emails, and calls, while they figure out what to include and what to charge.

The project itself then takes weeks or even months, with call after call. Things drag on and on with shifting timescales, draining the energy out of you and your business. Even worse, if you want to make a change, the consultant or agency will often need to re-quote.

Automation Sprint

I do things differently

I work in short, focused, low-risk 1 to 3 day sprints where I’ll concentrate on delivering the highest impact changes for your business. Rather than working on big drawn-out projects, my way, you’ll get the changes you need quicker, so you can get back to business.

What we can focus on

  • Integrate the tools in your tech stack, so that you don’t have data spread over multiple platforms. You’ll save time and leads and customers will enjoy a better experience.
  • Automate your workflows, so you and your team isn’t drowning in lots of manual work.
  • Automated email journeys to onboard new leads and members, to upsell and to provide long term nurture.
  • Process design to map out your processes and identify key areas to streamline and automate.

The sprint process

Step 1

Book your sprint

Book the days that are best for you. This is a collaborative experience, so make sure you choose days where you can be available.

Step 2

Planning call

We’ll hop on a planning call to prioritise your list of what you need automated, and I’ll give you realistic expectations of what’s possible in the 1 to 3 day sprint.

Step 3

The Sprint

On the scheduled dates, the 1 to 3 day sprint takes place. I’ll be entirely focused on your business during the sprint. We’ll collaborate throughout the day via instant messenger or email to ensure you get exactly what you need.

Step 4

Support

After we’ve completed the sprint, you’ll receive 14 days of complimentary email support to ask any questions related to the work we did during the sprint.

What’s included

Every sprint includes the following:

Planning call

30 min planning call to discuss your needs and priorities for the sprint.

Automation Sprint

Build automations and connecting apps in your tech stack

14-days support

14-days post-sprint support, so you can ask questions on the completed work.

Training

Access to any training videos you need to use the automation and systems built.

Flexible sprints

Sprints are 1 to 3 days long, depending on your needs and the focus of the sprint. We’ll discuss the number of days for the sprint in the initial intro call.

why you’ll love working this way

  • Focus more on the high-impact changes and less on the stuff that doesn’t make a difference
  • Plenty of opportunities to provide feedback with real-time changes
  • It’s low risk. You aren’t committing to a big, long-winded project
  • Dedicated days in which you can be available — no more back and forth for weeks or months
  • Lots of collaboration during the intensive
  • Once the sprint is over, you can get back to business – no need work worry about a seemingly never-ending project running in the background

About me

I’m Blair and I help businesses to streamline operations, get data into the right systems, free up teams to do creative work and leverage automation. With a long history of web development and technical leadership, I combine marketing and automation strategies with technical know-how.

Ready to get started?

I’m currently accepting new clients, and would love to see if there’s a mutual fit. The calendar on the right shows my upcoming available sprint dates.

Let’s jump on a call to talk what you need to automate to see if it will be a good fit for you.

Frequently asked questions

I’ll review what you sent me and get in touch. If I have any questions, I’ll let you know. Otherwise, if it looks like you are a good fit for the Automation Sprint service, I’ll send you the scheduling information. In some cases, it makes sense to jump on a quick 15 min call first.

I have experience integrating the following tools:

  • CRM: ActiveCampaign, Salesforce
  • Email marketing: ConvertKit, Pardot, Acoustic, Beehiiv
  • Membership & Community: Circle, Guild, MemberStack, WordPress, Drupal
  • Events: Bizzabo, Zoom Webinar
  • Other: YouTube, Airtable

Absolutely! Just let me know in the form above what systems you are using, and briefly what they need to integrate with, and I’ll let you know.

While I have a lot of experience with membership sites, marketing and events teams, I also have experience automating processes for other types of business. Let me know the type of business you have and what you’d like to automate, and I’ll let you know if I think we are a good fit.

I’ll do everything I can to ensure that the list of changes prioritised in the planning call are completed in the 2-day sprint. If we realise that more time is needed, or if you’d like to add to the list, we can schedule another day or half day.

In some cases, a project will take more than one sprint. We can discuss this in the intro call.
