Any work that we do for you is governed by the terms and conditions that you’re reading now. You (“Client”) agree to retain Wadman Consulting Ltd (“Service Provider”) to proceed with automation services for a 2 day sprint, packaged under Automation Sprint, and agree to the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.

During this sprint, the Service Provider agrees to devote up to 8 hours per day for a 2-day sprint, on assignments to be agreed in collaboration with the Client, as well as 1-hr for a pre-sprint planning call, 1 hour for post-intensive “fix” support and 14 days of post-intensive email support.

Work priority and scheduling will be at the discretion of Client. Work will normally occur between the hours of 9a – 5p GMT on weekdays (can be adjusted if the Client is in a different timezone).

It’s important to note, the Automation Sprint is booking the Service Provider for 2-day sprint, not a set of deliverables. I’ll do everything I can to ensure that the list of changes prioritized in the pre-sprint planning call are completed in the 2-day sprint. If we realise that more time is needed, or if you’d like to add to the list, we can schedule another day or half day.

During the 14 days of post-intensive support, the Client will be able to email or message Service Provider with any questions or concerns about the work that was performed during the intensive, and will receive a reply via email, message or video tutorials. This support does not cover additional implementation that exceeds what was done during the Automation Sprint. If the Client has additional work that needs to be performed, Client will have the option to book another day or a half-day.

Payment for these services will be to Service Provider at the rate of $2,300 for 2-day sprint and a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking the sprint. The balance within 48 hours of the last day of the sprint.

Development and/or automation services in addition to the Automation Sprint will be made available by Service Provider at the current daily, half-date or hourly rate, and will be billed separately. Any expenses exclusive of normal overhead are not included in this agreement and will be billed separately.

The results of any and all work performed by Service Provider for Client, including original creative work, will remain the property of the Client. Client may use this material in any way deemed appropriate.

This purchase is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date or service with 7-days prior written notice. The Client’s deposit is valid for 90 days, and must be used within that timeframe. In the event the sprint fails to occur within 90 days, or the Client fails to request a new date at least 7 days prior to their booked appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and the sprint will be terminated. If the Client wishes to reschedule beyond 90 days, the original deposit may, at the Service Providers discretion, be applied to a new booking at the current intensive rate, which may or may not be higher than the original booking rate.
