Over time API’s change, permissions expire, edge cases appear, tools update. Most teams don’t have someone actively monitoring the automations.

Without active oversight, failures are often silent. That is until they affect revenue or the customer’s experience. The Automation Care Plan helps identify and fix problems before they impact you or your customer.

The Care Plan ensures the systems we build continue working quietly in the background, without your team needing to monitor logs or chase errors.

Automation Sprint

What’s included

The Automation Care plan includes the following:

Monitor

Proactively review error notices on a weekly basis.

Error resolution

We will resolve errors and issues that we find.

Minor changes

Minor logic refinements to your automations.

Email support

Available for ad hoc support questions.

The Automation Care Plan does not include: large new builds, major system redesigns, new integrations or fixing repeated errors that indicate deeper architectural issues. These are only delivered through Sprints.

Automation Care
£450 / month
  • For smaller teams where automation is important, but not yet complex
  • Up to 6 active automations
Automation Care Plus
£850 / month
  • For teams where automation supports revenue, CRM flows or multi step systems
  • 7 to 20 active automations
  • Quarterly review call

How it works


  • Automation Care Plans run on a rolling monthly basis with a minimum three-month commitment.
  • Care Plan availability is limited to ensure active monitoring, response and dedicated attention.
  • Automation Care clients receive priority over ad hoc support.

Prefer Reactive Support?

Some teams choose to operate without the proactive coverage of an Automation Care Plan. In those cases, incident-based support is available for specific issues and small change requests. Work is billed hourly (£160 per hour) and handled subject to availability. For revenue-critical automation, proactive cover is generally more stable
