You get a concentrated diagnostic session to evaluate: what’s failing, why it’s failing, and how to get it moving again. Most issues can be repaired during the half-day window; the trickier ones reveal themselves clearly so you know exactly what’s needed next.

The Fix Sprint


On your scheduled day, we dive straight into diagnosis: tracing the root cause and repairing as much as possible within the half-day window. If we need anything from you, we’ll reach out during the sprint.
